Office Administrator/Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Co-ordinator who has worked within a recruitment environment.  You need to have good administrative skills helping to register candidates for potential jobs.  You need to have a keen eye for detail, good communication skills,  and good computer skills.  You will also have the ability to talk with our clients on the phone in order to fill vacancies, deal with timesheets, deal with any problems with the temps and be able to rectify them in a calm and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who is able to multitask within a team environment alongside other Administrators/Co-ordinators.

Hours of work are 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hr for lunch.
