Account Co-ordinator/Administrator

Due to expansion, we are seeking an Accounts Co-ordinator/Administrator for our office in West Street, Sittingbourne.  The role will be to look after temporary workers, firstly registering them in our office, matching them to work, sorting out time-sheets, pay, PPE etc.  You will also be phoning our clients and making sure that everything is running smoothly.  You will be able to deal with problems that might arise such as no shows, pay queries, covering holidays etc.  You also need to be able to answer the phone outside of office hours if and when necessary.

This is not a SALES JOB, there will be no Sales involved but requires someone who can multi-task, good at communication and can work in a fast paced environment.  You definitely need to have experience in a similar role.  Please do not apply if you do not have experience.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  1. registering staff
  2. updating the computer system
  3. payroll
  4. filling job roles
  5. client visits
  6. answering the phones
  7. hours of work will be 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday
