Our Statement

This year the results show that men are paid slightly more than the women. But the difference is marginal.

Women make up 34% of the total workforce. With exception to the lower middle quartile, which is an equal split, the other quartiles show that generally the women to men ratio is 25-30% women to 75-70% men.
