A Master Vendor solution enables you to select a primary agency as your main contact. This Agency, the Master Vendor, is then responsible for managing all recruitment activity including the appointment of tiered suppliers. All agencies involved would adhere to the pre-determined Service Level Agreements.

A Master Vendor will take responsibility of your account and requirements. Any back-up agencies subsequently used will be under the direct guidance, supervision and structure to that of the Master VendorAgency.

The benefits of a Master Vendor solution are:

  • Cost reduction and improved compliance;
  • Service consistency and standardisation;
  • Increased control to the client though one point of contact;
  • Consistent and visible management information;
  • Encourages local relationships;
  • Consolidation of billing and invoicing;
  • 100% fulfilment is achievable.

A master vendor arrangement is suitable for the supply of both temporary workers and permanent vacancies.
