mini make-over in line with our new logo.

The History of Connect Personnel

Connect Personnel was established in 1999 and started out in a small office in Summerhill Road in  Dartford.

Being one of the first local recruitment agencies to obtain a GLA licence in the local area, we quickly became known for the ability to supply Agency Workers to all industrial Clients.

Through persistent hard work,  proving we have the ability to supply volume requirements and the correct calibre of staff, Connect began to supply Clients also within the food industry.  We are proud to say that we have continued to develop and work with our Clients and therefore have continued to supply these Clients 12 years on!

Our ethos is to deliver a service that moves not only in-line with the recruitment industry, but with our Clients ever changing requirements.    We treat our Agency Workers with the respect that we do for our Colleagues and as such pride ourselves in retaining a strong labour pool.

Having opened our 4th office in 2010, and by recruiting Consultants who are specialists in their fields, we now offer a diverse skill set range by specialising in 5 sectors; Office, Industrial, Technical, Driving and Catering both on a temporary and permanent basis.

New Logo

In 2011, Managing Director Paul Bennett decided that to celebrate Connect Personnels 12 years in business, he wanted the Company logo redesigned, but set us the task of keeping the original man/woman theme….!

After many designs, colour tweaks and cups of coffee, the new logo has been agreed and is now being rolled out across the branch network and fleet of minibuses.

"They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel." Carl W. Buechner
