As an established company, Connect Personnel are looking to expand within our branch network and are currently recruiting Recruitment Consultants of various levels to join our teams. 

The role of Recruitment Consultant will be to develop and manage new business through proactive sales activity. 

The right candidate will have good recruitment experience ideally within either an Industrial or Commercial market and understand all the procedures and admin required. 

Refreshingly, the Company offer you the autonomy to run your own desk, however, in order to be successful, you will need be self motivated, confident, driven and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

The salary is negotiable and is dependant on your experience along with a fantastic uncapped commission structure.
 
HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30
Own transport is essential for this role.
