Your main responsibility will be to develop your own desk within these sectors, so an existing knowledge of the Medway Towns and surrounding areas would be advantageous. You will also need to deliver a first class service to both our Clients and Candidates and understand the full recruitment cycle.

In return we offer a basic salary of £21,000 and uncapped commission with no minimum threshold so you start to earn immediately you make a placement.
