Temporary Role starting mid June.

 

Candidates must have good working knowledge of MS Office and have previous clerical experience in this environment.  You must be able to analyse verbal and numeric data and be able to work on your own initiative and under pressure.

 

Goods In

·         Checking off deliveries

·         Running goods receiving reports

·         Accurately signing supplier paperwork against purchase order

Pick Control

·         Controlling the order capture process and monitor the transfers

·         Running invoices

·         Monitoring Fork Lift Truck activity

·         Ensure that all Late Picks are auctioned and completed ready for loading

PI

·         Monitor the layout of the warehouse and control product grouping

·         Running weekly/monthly reports on space, aged stock and date life

Transport Administration

·         Issuing route paperwork and keys to drivers

·         Record arrival/departure times and issues from routes

·         Answer customer queries on delivery times/windows

·         Record TACO information
